I am very happy with my new 2011 Chevy Impala. Bill Murray is a great, extremely patient salesman! He was very helpful and informative but not pushy. Bill also demonstrated all of the car's features and walked me through the dealership so I know exactly where to go for my free oil changes and other car service.
