Best car dealer experience we've ever had. My wife and I went to Lokey VW after having visited another dealership who didn't meet high expectations. We met with Joe H. who asked a few questions My wife and I went to Lokey VW after having visited another dealership who didn't meet high expectations. We met with Joe H. who asked a few questions about what we were looking for, our trade in, budget, etc.. He showed us a car that the dealership pulled up and took us for a test drive. He actually went over features of the car, explained how they work and he answered questions we had. Having purchased many cars in the past and dealing with many dealers, having a knowledgeable sales person who actually goes over the cars features is rare. I was very happy he did this. He then went over price, numbers, etc.. After we decided to go for the car which was later in the day, Joe was happy to answer his phone and point us in the right direction. The bank unfortunately wouldn't budge on the car, but Joe and the dealership did what they could do and got us into a brand new awesome Passat. Joe shows he doesn't want to just sell a car, but take care of his customers so they are happy. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. We are grateful for everything he has done for us. My wife and I will absolutely tell others about Joe, Lokey VW and in the future when we need another car I know were we are going. More

Went into the dealer and Joe did a wonderful job in helping me chose my car, he was a pleasure to work with. Very professional. No stress, no pressure, it was a very happy, painless experience. This is the second car we have bought from Lokey. We have been pleased with the service on our first car and are confident we will get the same on this new one. Antonio in service even came over to say hello while we were in the showroom. Very pleased with the Lokey personnel we have dealt with. More

We said we wanted to be at a certain price and they showed us all the ways we could get there. With two kids and busy schedules they welcomed us to bring the kids to finish things up if needed. They were somewhat disappointed when they stayed home during signing of papers. We explained we could not sign the first day and they patiently waited 5 days to finish paperwork. Great salesperson, great finance and great manager. More
