Great visit Joe was absolutely awesome to work with and Caleb was great when it came to the paperwork side of things. I ended up with a flat tire about 15 hours a Joe was absolutely awesome to work with and Caleb was great when it came to the paperwork side of things. I ended up with a flat tire about 15 hours after purchasing the car and they replaced it for me free of charge (pretty sure they just felt sorry for me because of the awful week I was having) and it absolutely helped turn my day around. I was lied to by the sales and finance team. I had an approved car loan from USAA for 4.99% for more than I was financing. I was told by Joe and Chester that I had by the sales and finance team. I had an approved car loan from USAA for 4.99% for more than I was financing. I was told by Joe and Chester that I had to use the dealership’s financing or else I couldn’t get the car for the agreed price. I was forced into a higher interest rate. I’m completely disappointed in the ethics of Lokey VW. More
