Bought my 1st (2005) and 7th (2020) BMW at Daniels BMW and it feels great to be home again. Chris Dait and Joe Grazer sincerely put their best forward to earn my business. I've had a lasting 15 year relationship with their 5-star Service Department (miss Joe and Dominic) but their Sales Team really came through this go-around and I think I'm hooked. Chris Dait was courteous, responsive, and super-attentive to the nuances of a true BMW loyalist/enthusiast such as myself. I've worked with many in the Daniels family over the past 15 years and every one of them has been nothing but helpful and friendly right up to Fran! My only feedback is that the dealership might want to better focus on retaining and recognizing those employees who strive to make meaningful relationships with their repeat brand loyalists as a recipe to success. I feel she went above and beyond to find me the right vehicle that fit my family and my needs with a few fun extras to fit my personality! Brian and Joe were excellent in their service. As a female buying a car, never once did I feel pressured, taken advantage of, or undervalued. I was treated with the up-most respect and I truly felt appreciated.
