The sales person, Ashley was very competent and the managers I dealt with finalizing the paperwork were quick and to the point. After the deal was completed, Ashley was very patient in helping me understand the amazing technical aspects of the vehicle. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat! More

I knew what I wanted, saw it at the Octoberfest and made an appointment to get the wheels turning. A lot was accomplished on the phone saving both me and them time in unnecessary exasperating negotiations. We were both very close immediately and settled in a few minutes. I have used Daniels for a number of years and am extremely fond of their maintenance and parts departments as well as the BMW sales dept As is always the case, I am sure there is someone better on the planet, but I haven't found them and this is my eighth BMW. Both Joe and David are polished pros and at the same time the most cordial and helpful that anyone could ask for. More

We have purchased BMW's from Daniels for the past few years, and again today we were not disappointed. Our Client Advisor, Eric Kunkle was ready for us when we arrived for our appointment. We had taken a test driver prior and today we were ready to negotiate. Eric did not disappoint, he along with Joe Grazer, Sales Manager, developed a deal that was too good to pass up. We got the most for our trade and we were afforded all rebates and bonuses. The entire visit was a pleasure when you deal with professionals. Joe and Eric were extremely professional and gracious. They made car buying a pleasure, and that is difficult in auto sales. The title above says it all, for us each subsequent purchasing experience at Daniels is truly "Getting Better all the Time". Bravo, Joe and Eric, and Daniels BMW! More

I arrived to the dealership, signed some papers and when I went to my new car, there was a huge red bow on it! I felt like the most important car buyer ever! I was impressed that all my music from my last BMW was already downloaded into this one. I appreciated the time that she and Clint took to go explain new features and offer me another time to return for a more detailed explanation if I wanted it. I love my 2018 X3 and I love the staff at Daniels BMW. More
