John has much to learn about the product, but is very obliging and willing to get the information asked… he is young, he will learn. The worst part of the buying experience is the “ secondary sales pitch obliging and willing to get the information asked… he is young, he will learn. The worst part of the buying experience is the “ secondary sales pitch “ with another salesperson that attempts to to sell you , literally, thousands of dollars in additional warranties , while attempting to disguise the costs in your financing by just saying it would be a few additional dollars in you monthly payment. A $1000 ceramic coat or an $1800 wheel/ tire protection plan are a few examples. “Troy”, did give me a price breakdown when I asked…I was astounded. If a customer should need a wheel or tire for his Audi, the dealer should simply sell him a wheel or tire at a fair price….I can wax my own car. This sort of thing leaves a bad taste. Feels like you are being conned. I don’t like it More
