I particularly liked the end of the experience where different individuals with different areas of expertise took you though the end of the process, finishing with Jalin Mayberry who made sure all the settings in the car were exactly as I wanted them. Horrible liars! Horrible! I had reached out for a price, and this dealer was much higher than other dealers. Then the Sales Manager Joe Fruzyna called me. Made me Horrible! I had reached out for a price, and this dealer was much higher than other dealers. Then the Sales Manager Joe Fruzyna called me. Made me an offer. Much better. I had reached out to multiple dealers and Joe beat their price verbally and in email. We settle on a price but I can't come for a few days. The dealership is a 5HR drive for me. The day I am leaving another dealer sends me a better price. This was very close to the end of the month and most dealers will start to offer better deals at the end. I ask Joe if he can match it. He said YES. Sends me an email and a text with the offer. I hop in my car and start driving. Halfway there I stopped for a break and asked one question and Joe gets frustrated at the number of emails we had been sending and tells me he is going to refund my deposit. AFTER I drive to Chicago and AFTER I booked a hotel. I continue on to the dealership to see if we can work it out and Joe wouldn't even come out and talk to me. He had 2 other people come out and tell me that they wouldn't honor the deal we set. They would however honor a much higher price. Naturally I walked away. Joe didn't even have the courage to come tell me face to face. Instead he sat like a little coward in his office. My advice would be to steer clear of this dealership. They clearly do not honor their word and in this case cost me a lot of money. It's ok though. I bought my Infiniti elsewhere and got an even better price and much better service. More
