Quick and easy After calling two other dealerships much closer to me and being told they couldn't get me in for 2 or 3 more days, I called Klaben. They agreed to see After calling two other dealerships much closer to me and being told they couldn't get me in for 2 or 3 more days, I called Klaben. They agreed to see my car right away. I was greeted promptly when I pulled up. Joe French quickly showed me to an inviting waiting room where they had fresh coffee, donuts, juice, soda, a business area and TV to pass the time. I got to visit with my favorite Sales guy, Kenny King while I waited. He took time out of his day to sit down and chat for a few minutes. They figured out the problem immediately and replaced a part to fix my issue. They washed my car and I was out and on my way in less than 2 hours. No one wants to visit a dealership service department, but if you have to, Klaben makes is very comfortable. More

Courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient I went to Klaben to turn my Escape in because my lease is up. It was mixed feeling because I saw many of the employees and I am not sure when I wil I went to Klaben to turn my Escape in because my lease is up. Great Customer Service I've bought cars from a number of dealers and Klaben truly goes out of their way to make things right and take care of you. I've had a few mechanical I've bought cars from a number of dealers and Klaben truly goes out of their way to make things right and take care of you. I've had a few mechanical issues with cars and every time they have stepped up to take care of it/ make me feel good about it and work out a solution. Highly recommended. More

Good service center Klaben Ford is a good dealership for service. My only suggestion would be that they let you know occasionally what the status of your wait time is.
