Brittany Weiss is one of the best service advisors that I’ve ever worked with. My car had several repair that needed to be made including a new windshield that had to be ordered. Good communication but high prices. Every time I’ve been there it’s been expensive. Even when I only needed 6 screws for under the front bumper… $4 per screw. I talked with the manag Every time I’ve been there it’s been expensive. Even when I only needed 6 screws for under the front bumper… $4 per screw. I talked with the manager and we had a good conversation but really no discount. I am a BMWCCA member and they DO give a discount on labor and parts for members. The last visit was to remove a drain plug to drain water out of the rear quarter panel. The tech said to clear the clog would require removing the window and regulator (about 3 hours labor) so I had him only remove the plug… still cost me almost $300. I asked the manager to explain or show me how to do it myself (drain plug location/removal) and he generally pointed to the rear quarter panel but didn’t know if it was clips or screws that held the lower panel on. Again good communication but at a cost! More
