I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2025 Ford Maverick from this dealership, and I can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Michael Smith, who made me feel right at home. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of the vehicles truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. Michael took the time to understand my needs and preferences without any pressure. He guided me through the options available and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. It felt more like a conversation with a friend than a sales pitch! Once we found the perfect Maverick, I had the opportunity to work with Brenden Smith, the finance manager. Brenden was incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the financing process. He laid out all my options clearly, ensuring I understood everything before making any decisions. There was no rush, and I felt completely supported in making the best choice for my budget. Sold me a car that will not pass inspection when given a week to do brakes and inspect the car was told it did not need brakes 2 weeks after purchase car was taken to Subaru to only be told it does need bre week to do brakes and inspect the car was told it did not need brakes 2 weeks after purchase car was taken to Subaru to only be told it does need breaks was only after I called and brought up the car needing brakes that they were willing to inspect the vehicle they sold me 10/10 would never recommend anyone to purchase a used vehicle from them ever again I now have to eat a 1500 dollar break job on a car I got less then 30 days ago More
