Peter, Eric and Noah were amazing in making the process of buying a car easy and fun. Peter explained and showed us everything about the new car that we needed to know. We bought a EV C40. The car was the only model of its kind on hand and it had everything we wanted— color, options, and4-wheel drive. Volvo of Silver Spring just finished overhauling our engine, and I could not be more pleased. The repairs were covered under warranty, and extra charges for the replacement of maintenance/wear items wer engine, and I could not be more pleased. The repairs were covered under warranty, and extra charges for the replacement of maintenance/wear items were very reasonable. Our service advisor, Jesse, kept us informed about progress on this involved repair and made sure that were not inconvenienced. We purchased our first Volvo from this location in 1993. Our service advisor at the time, Joe Devlin, is now the dealer manager. More
