I wanted to make sure everything still looked good after some time with the vehicle before sharing my thoughts. ## Sales Process The sales team at Smythe was refreshingly professional and knowledgeable about the Volvo lineup. My sales consultant, Jose Del Valle, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a family SUV and guided me toward the XC90 without any of the typical high-pressure tactics. What really impressed me was how Jose handled it when they didn't have exactly what I wanted - he found an alternative with a different interior color but matching all my other requirements. To be honest, I actually ended up enjoying this interior color more than my original choice! Jose's ability to listen to my needs and find the right solution showed his expertise and genuine interest in customer satisfaction.
