0/10. I purchased LoJack from them. I found out it was never even activated when my car was stolen in December. Initially I was told LoJack is lying an I purchased LoJack from them. I found out it was never even activated when my car was stolen in December. Initially I was told LoJack is lying and they registered it. You can see the dealer activated it the day my car was stolen on the app. Then I was told it's probably been ripped out anyway and on a truck going to Texas. I don't understand why the LoJack was recommended if they think it's that worthless. My car was found with the LoJack still in it. It never connected to my car because the dealer missed the window to register it, which bricked it. The car was totaled. If the LoJack had been working as agreed upon, I would have been able to find my car in under 2 minutes. Instead, it was gone for a week and ruined. The General Manager called and offered to make it right, then never returned my calls after that. Over 2 months later and multiple calls, including texts to the salesman I worked with, I have not been called back. They breached our contract and stole my money. I will never buy a car from this place again. More

Terrible service. Worse in the 15 years that I’ve been going there. Was sent to the Jeep dealer down the road (why I don’t know). They referred me back to Greenbrier b Worse in the 15 years that I’ve been going there. Was sent to the Jeep dealer down the road (why I don’t know). They referred me back to Greenbrier because they didn’t have the equipment to lift a Ram 3500. Greenbrier said they couldn’t fit me in but after talking with service manager he worked me in for a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation (Dually). After a 5 hour wait I walked outside and saw my truck and to my disbelief, my rear Dually rims were solid black and not shiney chrome. They had rotated the inside tires to the outside. Wish I could post photos here to show you. After some argument about who was responsible, they agreed to put the chrome rims back on the outside. Guess I should have figured that common sense would have prevailed. Lesson learned for me is to be very specific in tire rotation but in my defense, they gave me the runaround all morning. I definitely won’t recommend Greenbrier service to my friends. More
