I created my appointment online and requested a certain representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. Also, I came in for an Oil ch representative during the online appointment and when I arrived that representative was there, but I did not get him .. I don’t like that the service guys no longer meet you at your car upon arrival. Treatment seems less personal. You send out a survey immediately and there is no way for a person to know if everything is your car upon arrival. Treatment seems less personal.
