I bought a used car from Colombia Ford. Henry, Jake and Jimmie are fantastic to work with. Ryan however was very unknowledgeable about what they had in stock. Once I found a car they had and showed it to him, I ended up buying it because I loved the car, again, I found it. After having the car for 5 days I had to bring it back into the shop for some cosmetic issues they said they would fix. They had the car for over two weeks and didn’t fix one of the issues because Ryan told the service department the wrong issue. I needed the inside passenger door handle fixed, and I even provided him with a picture of the problem. He then went on to say I sent him a picture of the outside handle and the issue wasn’t fixed until we called to ask when we could pick up the car, the picture I provided clearly shows the inside, I have the text messages to prove it. He realized that the pictures I sent him were correct and that he messed it up. After having my car for over 2 weeks, they fixed the problem. All in all, I had a terrible experience with Ryan specifically, but my overall experience with Colombia Ford was fantastic as always, seeing as my family has now gotten 3 cars from them, and will continue to buy from them, just with a different sales person. More

Dave was awesome! Knowledgeable about the car and was upfront about everything. I didn’t feel pressured in anyway and I was appreciative the way they treated me as a valued customer. awsome people to deal with Our salesman Matt was great he asked our needs,showed us an Edge & an Escape.Loved the twin turbo Edge but I said forget the Edge its not in the budge Our salesman Matt was great he asked our needs,showed us an Edge & an Escape.Loved the twin turbo Edge but I said forget the Edge its not in the budget.After looking at other dealerships we returned to see Matt & talk about the Edge.No pressure No pushing have do it today nonsense. Long story short we bought the Edge twice the vehicle from our Jeep Compass.The showroom is a one of a kind & the Thunderbird Cafe is awesome.Definitely recommend Columbia Ford to everyone. More
