This is the third vehicle I purchased at Columbia Kia Ford. I most recently worked with Diane who was very attentive about what I was looking for and showed me cars that made sense. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Kia PHEV I purchased. She was patient will all my questions and these cars do have a learning curve so I'm sure I asked the same question more than once. Very importantly compared to other dealerships Diane was the only salesperson that did not try to pressure us into a purchase, talk down to us, deflect my questions, assume my husband makes all the decisions, or say any off-putting salesperson jokes. Buying a vehicle is a stressful process and I really appreciate the little things that were offered to us like coffee and water and noticing when my water was empty! Jake in finance was able to find a tax rebate which was nice because I searched everywhere and couldn't find it. I went to at least three other dealerships recently (countless others over the years) and Columbia is still the most courteous and my favorite. More

My certified used 2022 Kia Niro EV purchase went about as smoothly as it could have. I had just about given up on obtaining this model this year but there it was on their lot. Low mileage, factory warranty smoothly as it could have. I had just about given up on obtaining this model this year but there it was on their lot.
