The fuel pump in my new 2024 Nautilus Lincoln failed within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for m within 1 week of purchase. I was truly devastated, disappointed and in complete disbelief. After months of deciding which vehicle would be best for me and my family. The lack of urgency, support and follow up I received regarding this issue was overwhelming! This was at its best the poorest customer service I ever received. I did not hear from the General Manager at all. Afte repairing my vehicle, I was told by Jim, the employee who assisted in the purchase of my vehicle, that I would receive a free oil change for my inconvenience. I don't believe the replacing of the fuel pump in a new vehicle in a minor inconvenience. I am now concerned about future parts in this vehicle which could be improperly installed. My family and friends expressed complete shock. For my peace of mind and true acknowledgment of my horrible experience, I believe the fair resolution would be for Joe Rizza Ford to provide me with the extended warranty for this vehicle. I really had a wonderful experience at Joe Rizza Lincoln I am disable and in a wheel chair the manager his self came out and helped me with my wheel chair and was very patient with me and also sold me a Lin I am disable and in a wheel chair the manager his self came out and helped me with my wheel chair and was very patient with me and also sold me a Lincoln MKZ for less than any other dealerships that I had went to saving me about $1800.00 Thank you Rizza Lincoln and also the salesman that I was with also thumbs up More
