Had to go back several times because they kept forgetting stuff that went with title, said we wanted a 4 ye loan, when we got paperwork it was a 5 yr loan. There was a warning in the system for air bags that stuff that went with title, said we wanted a 4 ye loan, when we got paperwork it was a 5 yr loan.
