As disturbing as it was to have a motor go down on new truck before its first oil change. They got it back to me in a reasonable amount of time despite my frustration. I was very impressed by the level of communication from Jim Rodgers about the status of my vehicle. He explained the issue and even had the technician lift the vehicle so I could see and understand it bett Jim Rodgers about the status of my vehicle.
