I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

Fantastic customer service all around! Halleen KIA particularly our sales agent Jim recently went above and beyond to make sure I got into a reliable car. After buying a used 2006 Ford Fus Halleen KIA particularly our sales agent Jim recently went above and beyond to make sure I got into a reliable car. After buying a used 2006 Ford Fusion that turned out to have transmission issues that Halleen could not have screened for, the service department and the sales department worked with me to immediately try to fix the problem even though the car was purchased "as is" with no warranty so they could have just left me to deal with a new transmission on my own. Ultimately when it turned out that the car needed a whole new transmission Jim worked with the dealership to arrange a full refund instead of going through the hastle of the repair which went towards a much newer and reliable KIA Rio without any hastle or headache. I can not thank Jim and the whole team enough for what they did to make the situation right when they really had no obligation to do anything for the "as is" vehicle. I would definitely revoked this dealership and Jim for anybody looking for a new car without the pressure or hastle!! More

My Halleen Kia Experience! My husband & I walked into the Kia Used Car building instead of the main showroom by mistake. Lo @ behold there was Jim McConville to greet us.
