We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted when we arrived, and Jim took us right to the cars in our price range- he did not try to talk us into something newer and more expensive- which I really appreciate. After we left, Jim texted me letting me know that a new trade had just arrived that seemed to be exactly what we were looking for- and it was. We came back the following day and got the car. I know Jim is very busy (since Halleen is the #1 Certified Pre-Owned Kia dealership in the country!), but I can honestly say that he makes you feel like you are his only customer.
