Jim McConville most certainly takes the definition of providing great Customer Experience to the next Level. As a leader in a Customer Service environment it can be challenging to instill these behavior providing great Customer Experience to the next Level. I had the opportunity a few years back to have Jim as my KIA representative to help educate me on the product. I had leased my vehicles from other competitors in the past and Jim wowed me with his approach to working through the education process. He did not make me feel pressured to make any decisions. He also worked closely with me to find the best program to match my needs. I was excited to find him still in the same business when it came time to talk about getting into a new vehicle. My name is Sean Haviland on 12/28/13 I stopped at Halleen Kia to look at pre-.owned certified cars, specifically the Fortes. I was approached by Jim McConville, Jim was extremely helpful he listened to ever Kia to look at pre-.owned certified cars, specifically the Fortes. I was approached by Jim McConville, Jim was extremely helpful he listened to everything I was saying about what I wanted, Jim showed me about 4 cars in my price range on the lot....As we walked into the showroom a 2013 forte caught my eye real sharp car but out of my price range as I sat with Jim he noticed me glancing over at that car..... needless too say I drove home in that Forte EX that day.. I cant say enough about Jim he did everything in his power too make me feel as comfortable as possible with my purchase. I would recommend Halleen Kia (Jim) to all my friends and family...
