Best experience ever while buying a car. I honestly had the best experience buying my 2012 Kia Soul. It wasnt easy for me being self employed and I owed more on my car I had then it was wort I honestly had the best experience buying my 2012 Kia Soul. But Jim McConville and the management at Halleen Kia helped me tremendously in getting me in a car that I absolutely love. They went well out of there way to help me as well as getting me an awesome deal on a great car that I love, and to be honest it has helped me alot in not only safety issues but as far as saving money. Every salesperson I talked to was not considerate of any of my requests or financial needs. So far my experience was disappointing. Then I stopped to look at Halleen and that is when everything was different. I had found a vehicle I was interested in and received excellent service from the moment I began to speak with Jim McConville. The entire time was pleasant, informative and professional. I never knew car buying could be like this. Jim wanted to know what my needs were and really made an effort to satisfy me. He was very good at explaining all aspects of my purchase and answered any questions. He didn't do any marble mouth/wispering or fast talking and really made me feel comfortable. At no time during or after my purchase did I feel anxious or not sure. Halleen has been the best car buying experience I have had. I addition to being professional and providing a great experience, they also have the cleanest cars and showroom in town. More

Out of State Purchase. Indiana. Very Satisfied. I was looking for a specific KIA with all the bells and whistles but didn't want to pay what the dealerships in Indianapolis were charging. So, I sta I was looking for a specific KIA with all the bells and whistles but didn't want to pay what the dealerships in Indianapolis were charging. So, I started looking online. To be honest, two dealerships would meet my price, one in Detroit and the other in New Olmstead, OH. Being a huge Tigers fan, I said ok, I am headed to Detroit, but Detroit was playing Cleveland in Cleveland that weekend. This is where Jim McConville comes in. Jim was recommended to me from Nilda. He was a great guy. I worked out a great price with Him and Nilda and I couldn't be any happier with the purchase and the entire experience that I had with Jim McConville and Halleen Kia as my dealer. I saved over $1,000 over the three Indianapolis dealerships lowest price. I used $300 of that savings to pay for three tickets to an overtime Tigers win baseball game, and the evening with my son which was priceless. I will look again at Halleen when we eventually trade in my wife's van. Jim did a great job by helping me program the bluetooth to my phone and showing the options on the car. The staff did a great job getting me in and out with the paperwork. The whole process was very smooth. Nilda was my original contact who put me in contact with Jim. One downside, and it has nothing to do the service. Indiana doesn't charge tax on the $250 DOC and dealer fee, only on the price of the vehicle. My local BMV said I paid too much taxes on this purchase. I am okay with that since I saved a lot of money. I just wanted to bring it to the dealers attention for any future Indiana purchasers.
