The sales manager I worked with after I experienced a problem with my deal got extremely emotional in one of our interactions, told me they would NOT own up to their word, then after I left saying I'll talk to my lawyer, I got a call back from the GM saying they'll do whatever it takes. I can only imagine how often this happens with employees like theirs. They also cost me over 700 dollars by not filing registration properly on my deal. They refuse to talk to me about it. I took my vehicle in for a covered repair, then the next time I start it two days later, all of the sudden it needs a repair that isn't covered AND a new battery. This is a 2017 vehicle that had been working flawlessly until i brought it in to them. I believe they did this to my vehicle intentionally due to my past interactions with them and my negative review. This places makes a habit of lying to the customer and not doing their job. Zero customer service ability or availability. They have cost me money and ignore any attempts to communicate to have this resolved. Make sure you file all of the necessary paperwork yourself as they fail to do so and will not own up to it or even respond to customers with these valid issues. I have spent too much time dealing with problems that should never have happened if people would simply do their jobs. BEWARE!!! More

I am taking a moment to let everyone at Mark Kia, Kia Corporate and whoever else is interested, how impressed and thankful I am for their commitment to excellence. I’m 52 years old, have worked at many jobs over my years, a jack of all trades, and master of none of them so to speak. I have sold cars for a short period of time and have been a valet at a dealership so I do know and understand the ins/outs of a dealership and the car industry. I say this to tell those reading this that in ALL my years and all my dealings with products, service, and sales I have NEVER been more impressed and or satisfied with a purchase. The people, the product, and the service have all been EXCEPTIONAL. Exceeding any expectation that one could have about a dealership and business for that matter. Your people are amazing, kind, considerate, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and proud to represent Mark Kia. They (Dakota Stens, Jasmine Ramirez, Brandy Delaney and Shelby Bayne) have been absolutely amazing. I have experienced and witnessed their willingness to serve Mark Kia customers in a way that is not very common at all in today’s world. I felt important, that they actually cared about me and my vehicle, and they went out of their way to accommodate me, making my experience exceptional every time I come to Mark Kia. Please know that each of these individuals has been exceptional EVERY interaction, from an inquiring phone call to informing me about my beautiful Kia Optima (I call her Stella) and what is going on with her and how to best maintain her. The product is amazing as well. I have owned three Honda’s, and a Toyota, both quality products, but have to say out of all of those fine cars my Kia (Stella) is my favorite. It’s beautiful looks, combined with the 100,000 miles and 10-year warranty has proven to be an awesome feature. Thank you, Mark Kia, Dakota, Jasmine, Shelby and Brandy, for making this purchase the best one of my life. Thank you for treating me as a valued individual and treating me with kindness and respect. Rufus was not very helpful with my used car shopping experience, I had to call him twice to get an out the door price. The vehicle was priced competitively to get you in the door. They do not want to “haggle” but force you to pay $798 for Kahu GPS(which has terrible reviews) and $698 for lifetime tint (which is only valid in Arizona) in addition to a $598 document prep fee. You can browse through their inventory and see that they regularly keep cars on their lot for several months. I can’t imagine how much money they are losing by having their inventory sit and depreciate. Also I have excellent credit and somehow they offered me financing at 70% interest rate. More

Dealership is great when you first buy a vehicle. If you buy a used vehicle they throw in all these extra perks that they never honor. Such as tires for life. They are very strict on the tread rule regardle buy a used vehicle they throw in all these extra perks that they never honor. Such as tires for life. They are very strict on the tread rule regardless of tire damage and your safety. I mean it’s pretty ridiculous that they refuse to replace the tires that they promise you in writing if the tread isn’t a a dangerously low level. For me they replaced two and told me the next two would be replaced when I came back. Well I came back and they continued to refuse the replacement. I mean think the situation through. You’re going to be doing them eventually it’s not like you’re going to loose money since they’re going to get done anyways. So long story short don’t let them win you over with these extra perks that they never fulfill. If you can’t tell. This Review is about how they don’t honor their little extra perks and promises. Also. Don’t put a manager in a management position if they can’t move pieces around to keep customers happy and if they have zero customer service skills More

They say they can’t fix it because there’s no code on check engine but yet they replaced these parts and charged insurance company $2600 . Service contract is another joke they could care less if they get charged or not would not recommend this place to anyone More

Probably the worst experience I've ever had-Reality Show Bad It's almost comical how incompetent and careless everyone who I interacted with at Mark Kia....and even though I bought a car from them 3 months ago, It's almost comical how incompetent and careless everyone who I interacted with at Mark Kia....and even though I bought a car from them 3 months ago, I'm still paying for it. Here's a accurate list of everything that happened: 1. When I purchased the car, they had the wrong name and address for the title. Luckily I caught it, but the finance guy brushed it off like no big deal. 2. I asked for my loan to go through TruWest, the finance guy did it through Vantage West. 3. I had a small maintenance issue on the car take 8 days. They said they were waiting on a part that can be purchased anywhere in the valley and could have been fixed in one day. 4. The finance team underpaid on my trade in, causing me to be sent to collections by Kia Finance. Been calling and leaving messages for 4 days and nobody at Kia has called back. I keep calling. They keep not responding. It's a clown show over there. More
