A few weeks ago I bought a used car from DeMarko at Mark Kia. Unfortunately I couldn’t drive off with it because it had to be inspected but DeMarko was awesome with keeping me updated on the status and chec Kia. He was very patient and always willing to explain certain things I didn’t quite understand, I would certainly recommend anyone in search of a vehicle to work with DeMarko! And for the service department I highly recommend working with Brian as a service advisor because he’s kind, knowledgeable and is willing to go above and beyond to help assist you. I will not ever buy a car anywhere else! I had the quickest, most honest, and best car buying experience at Mark Kia with JD and David, Maricella and Max! I work in the customer service industry myself and I have to say their customer service is top notch. JD was my sales person and he was so kind and knowledgable! He had all the answers to all of my weird questions and knew EVERYTHING about my new top of the line Sorento! David and Max made sure I knew all of my options with down payments, financing, leasing, interest, and everything in between. They were very thorough with all of my options and made sure I was fully understanding everything stated. I never once felt pressure to leave with a car right then and there, but once I drove all the cars, and knew all the things about the cars, I couldn't pass it up. Forget the great customer service, YOU NEED A NEW KIA SORENTO X LINE. Once I committed to my dream car Maricella in Finance had me in and out in what I feel like, was record time. They also give you a flash drive with all of your car records on it instead of printing out a million papers that you'll shove in a drawer at home, and that was so amazing to me. Way to save the planet Mark Kia! Overall, clean facility, so many cars to choose from (New and used, and all the models), and the friendliest staff. I will forever be a Mark Kia Customer! More

Great experience! This is our 7th car from Mark Kia. Abdul is our go to guy for all our cars. He is awesome! After all these years, he is like family.
