What makes a car purchase a positive experience? Quality and value are obviously near the top. Toyotas are consistently the best in terms of reliability and resale. But for me what makes the biggest difference is the character and integrity of the dealer's leader and his team. I need to trust the people I'm buying from. Interpersonal qualities of character and integrity are what led me to purchase three Toyotas from Del in the last 6 months. Jim Lopez has assembled a great team. Unlike many GM's, Jim has his ear to the ground and responds to issues as if he were personally selling every car. Mitch Weiss on the sales floor did everything I could ask for........promptly and clearly answering every text, email, and request. What’s most appalling is the intimidation tactics they attempt when you call them out on their deceit and manipulation. customer service experience.
