Always a good experience when using Hubler service department! All of the Service Techs I've worked with are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their suggestions for my cars needs were greatly apprecia department! All of the Service Techs I've worked with are very knowledgeable and helpful. Wasn’t too happy with what happened to my new truck at 10,000 miles but I understand that that wasn’t on the dealership. Your team had me back up and running quickly. My 84-year-old mother took her car in for A/C recharge. After ignoring her over two other customers, they finally go her car in. They said couple hours. Several hours later I had to call (got voicemail sev After ignoring her over two other customers, they finally go her car in. They said couple hours. Several hours later I had to call (got voicemail several times, had to complain to actually talk to service person, who constantly seemed confused) they said she needed a new $1300 A/C compressor. FOUR DAYS LATER, with no word from them I finally got the service dept (after complaining to reception) and was told they put one compressor on, it didn't work, (he admitted they get several that don't - which did not add to my confidence!), so they were waiting on another one to arrive. FIFTH DAY, they said the mechanic was on vacation! I told them put original compressor back on and give me the car, several hours later, I picked up the car, took it straight to Vavoline Drive-thru where they recharged the air condition, and the air works GREAT! - thanks to Valvoline! I will NEVER come back to Hubler. Should have learned our lesson after finding out sales dept charged her 7% on her lao when she has credit rating of almost 900! Bank flat out said that was a rip off! You people should be ashamed for TRYING to rip off an 84-year-old widow. I'll be sure this review gets posted many, many times! More

Excellent service done in a timely fashion. All issues addressed. John is extremely knowledgeable and presents himself well to others.
