Dealer took 4 days to diagnose the issue, and two weeks to fix. I was given 4 different days when the work would be completed which were all ignored. They also refused to honor the vehicle warranty. It usually took multiple calls to get a hold of anyone to get updated on my vehicle, but those updates were always just another completion date (which would be ignored) and a demand for more money. Worst experience I have ever had with a service shop. More
