We saw on the internet that your dealer had a good deal on 2022 Lexus RX350. My husband and my son came over and looked at that car. Jim (salesman) showed us the better deal on same model of 2023 with lowe on 2022 Lexus RX350. My husband and my son came over and looked at that car. He explained the differences of models 2022 and 2023, and he also showed us the features of the model 2023 that we drove for the test. So, we ended up bought that one. Jim was very helpful with the process of purchasing this car (*****). In general, we love your Dealership. It looks very elegant, friendly and helpful staff. As a side note for service to go above and beyond, I'd recommend adding some snacks to have available for customers. I was there a while and the vending machines were out of service. Also, luckily, Jim, with his 35 years of experience in the car industry, was low-keyed during the sales process. My Lexus purchase was the first car I bought in 17 years and 7 months! Jim was patient enough to explain to me many of the technical car improvements on the new cars that my 2006 Honda CR-V did not have.
