This was after I had shopped at one of the neighboring GMC dealerships where I was completely ignored by a salesman who was literally sitting at his desk and more interested in text messaging on his phone than assisting me. My experience at Suburban was uncommonly good from my salesman, finance person, as well as the friendly gal working at the snack counter. More
