He knew the CR-V inside and out and took the time to make sure we were fully informed about every feature. His approach was genuine and patient — Ken is a true role model for how sales should be done… We also met Mousa, the General Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Both Ken and Mousa made us feel valued and respected throughout the entire process… Having purchased many vehicles in my nearly 70 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Even if Honda of Kenosha were 300 miles away, I would have made the trip. Honestly, this is my first time buying a new car. They made it very painless. I was very pleasantly surprised. We talked over the phone. When I walked into the dealership, there was no b.S.Everything was exactly as good as they stated on the phone. Donald is easy going and a real nice guy. So it made the whole process really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dealership. If you don't want to be hassled, you don't want a bunch of desperate upselling and slimy tactics this is a great place cause these guys are just straight up. I can't wait to pick up my car next week!
