Do not use this dealership! On 4/25 after doing a credit application over the phone with Adrian Amauris Quinones, I arrived to test drive a vehicle and finish paperwork. The veh On 4/25 after doing a credit application over the phone with Adrian Amauris Quinones, I arrived to test drive a vehicle and finish paperwork. The vehicle had a dead battery, ok no problem. Let’s look for another vehicle. After I look at at least another 8 vehicles and found what I thought was the perfect one, we returned to the office to complete paperwork. Adrian asked that I went ahead and paid my deposit and insured the vehicle to speed up the process. He stated while I insured the vehicle he would bring it around so I could test drive it. Lo and behold at the very end of the deal, Adrian tells me “the service tech took the keys home with him, I’ll have to drive it you you” mind you I live 3 hours away. I immediately said cancel the deal, how could I possible finish paper work on a vehicle I never get to test drive??? Well they stated they reversed everything except somehow they refused to return my money after Adrian said it would be instantly refunded. We are going on almost a month now, everybody drops my phone calls. And in the state of Florida it is the law that insurance cannot be cancelled less than 60 days of commencement, I asked for a letter stating I never got the vehicle and they refused to send that as well. So now I am insuring a vehicle I never got to drive or buy and I am out thousands of dollars that this dealership has pocketed. PLEASE BEWARE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE More

Our visit to this Dealer was very unpleasant. My opinion on this matter is that the directives of this Dealership and/or Dealer should give more training to the people who work beyond how they sh My opinion on this matter is that the directives of this Dealership and/or Dealer should give more training to the people who work beyond how they should express themselves or speak to us as customers and I am not talking about the salesman Ethan because this man was very friendly and very calm when giving us all this information. I am referring to the person who was behind the counter called: Financier, this man was very poorly educated when my husband and I went to ask for information about the numbers and financing, we were really very surprised by that Bad attitude and rude way of talking to customers. I do want to tell you that this type of behavior does not leave a good impression or a good image for your dealer. How unfortunate this visit was for us today, apart from the fact that we were accompanied by our 16-year-old daughter who left this place scared. I wish you and your work team good luck and I hope that you can take action on this behavior with your finance team. More

Nice salespeople, but mistakes create major problems for this buyer. Miami Lakes Kia sent in the wrong VIN number for my new Telluride. I have spent hours on the phone with Florida DMV, my insurance company, Miami Lakes Kia, and NSD Appearance Protection. The LoJack was eventually activated almost three weeks after purchase. I am still attempting to obtain the NSD coverage that I involuntarily purchased for $599.00 (plus sales tax). I have purchased many new vehicles from established dealers but have never seen this ineptitude or lack of an apologetic demeanor. I would advise to steer clear of this particular dealership. More

Brandon at Mitsubishi was personable to deal with, but that was the extent of the positive aspects of our experience. I traded in a BMW with 2 keys, but the car we were looking at only had one. I asked about a credit in order to make a 2nd key ($950) and they said no. Not having a 2nd key is like selling a car with 3 wheels - yeah, I can replace it, but that is a reduction in the value of the car. Next, we opted to transfer our existing license plate - no problem, we were told. A week later, Brandon called us and said we would be getting new plates. When I asked why, he said it was about "toll violations" on our license plate. I opened our Sunpass account, and no violations were listed on any of our plates. He said it was too late and it couldn't be undone. A couple weeks later, I logged into the FL HSMV website to make sure everything was OK with our registration. I find out that our car is now registered under a THIRD license plate. After repeated calls and texts with no one ever picking up the phone - Brandon finally responded. He referred back to the 2nd set of plates and said they were sent. I explained that those were no longer valid and the car was listed under the 3rd set of plates. It took him another day to get back to me, he sent a picture of the newest registration and said they would send them. In the picture the issuance date of the plate was over 2 weeks old - they'd been sitting in the dealer office the entire time! If I hadn't followed up myself, I'd eventually be pulled over for illegal plates while the last set were sitting in someone's office. Will not shop for a car here and will warn everyone I can to stay away from Miami Lakes AutoMall. More
