I scheduled a repair due to a Kia recall. I arrived at 7:00am and after a wait, was told that the required part will need to be ordered and someone will contact me. ****BEWARE**** I’ve been living a nightmare with this dealership since November 2023. They are completely ghosting my calls for the past month and a half and they still have my car. Nightmare began with Eddy, my car was there for a month and he lied many times about when it will be done, turns out it was never even touched. I escalated the situation to Enrique and he’s lied to me as well and he’s the one who isn’t calling me back. I’ve even tried emailing his manager Elvis Gamez and of course no response. I’ve tried talking to the sales department, service department and finance department and nobody seems to be working. DO NOT buy your car from here, this dealership doesn’t care at all. More
