I recently visited Nissan of Tustin for an oil change and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff were incredibly frien couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. They took the time to explain the process and even pointed out a couple of minor maintenance items that might need attention in the future—without being pushy or upselling unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and coffee, which made the short wait even more pleasant. I also appreciated how transparent they were about pricing; there were no surprises when it came time to pay. What really stood out was their attention to detail. Not only did they complete the oil change quickly, but they also performed a complimentary inspection and topped off other fluids. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Wya to go Tustin for finally stepping up your service game! I’ve always had bad experiences with dealerships I try not to take my car in for anything but my vehicle had a recall and I was forced to bring game! I’ve always had bad experiences with dealerships I try not to take my car in for anything but my vehicle had a recall and I was forced to bring in. Wasn’t expecting much honestly thought they were just going to have me sing and call it a day. But no they explained the recall what it was for the wait time and how they were going to do an inspection just in case my vehicle needed anything else. I said sure I’ve been doing my own services due to the bad dealership experiences, I didn’t think it needed anything and was thinking they were just going to try and sell me services. But they didn’t the mechanic did a video and said my car was in greta condition the tires were getting low but they didn’t need to be replaced yet. I’m amazed they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I might just start coming back here for services. Nice job! Thank you. More

I’ve been to many Nissans and I can say that this is the best one by far. I’ve been dealing with Danny for many years now her and Steve always were my go to managers. Steve got transferred to Downey unfortu best one by far. I’ve been dealing with Danny for many years now her and Steve always were my go to managers. Steve got transferred to Downey unfortunately it was too far of a drive for me. However Danny stayed at the store. She is amazing! She does not hesitate to help me out with anything, I’ll email her and have a response within minutes. I take my car for service and she makes sure it goes to the right person and it’s out of there in such a short time as well. I’m glad she stayed here couldn’t see anyone better helping me out with my vehicle needs. Thank you to their service team to for being so courteous to me always. Such a Greta experience everytime I come sometimes I just want to come in to talk to these guys. They’re my friends now! Thank you Tustin. More

I also got a nice little video of the inspection they did on my car and I thought that was great. I could see everything that they were recommending and it was nice to have the mechanic explain how the things work in the video. This is a great dealership to get your car serviced at. More

This dealership always provides us with amazing service. I really wish they had their car wash back up but the service here is still exceptional. I always go with Jeff or Cash and they are always so kind an I really wish they had their car wash back up but the service here is still exceptional. I always go with Jeff or Cash and they are always so kind and helping. I appreciate them going through everything with me and I appreciate their honesty. I came in expecting to spend at least $400 for service but my car didn’t need that many service and left spending $169 they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and they sent me a video inspection so I could see what condition my car is in. Truly appreciate that thanks Tustin and thank you Jeff and Cash. More
