I am writing to express disappointment with my sales and service experience. Upon picking up my truck, I discovered it had half the recommended amount of DEF, which the salesman claimed was standard. Furthe service experience. Upon picking up my truck, I discovered it had half the recommended amount of DEF, which the salesman claimed was standard. Furthermore, the detailing process was subpar, as stickers, plastics, and mesh were still in place. During my first service, Jessica provided excellent customer service. However, oil was sprayed throughout the engine bay, and the dipstick wasn't fully secured. Jessica acknowledged this wasn't standard practice and apologized when we brought the truck back for inspection and cleaning. This incident wasted two hours of my husband's time and should not have occurred. My disappointment is severe, and and my level of confidence in a Chevy dealer to service my truck is severely lacking. What an expensive lesson learned. More
