Scheduling to drop off a car is basically non-existent. It took them 24 hours to even look at my car bc they were "waiting on an EV guy". When they did look at it, they tried to tell me it was an expen It took them 24 hours to even look at my car bc they were "waiting on an EV guy". When they did look at it, they tried to tell me it was an expensive brake fix but the car makes the noise when I press and release the gas pedal, not when I brake. And the problem they said the car has is fixable without a $1500+ bill. So I had to pay the OUTRAGEOUS $360 to be told some nonsense, and now I have to take it to a different auto shop to find out what is actually happening. Overall, this place wasted my time and money, and I believe lied to me in order to charge me a ton of money for an unnecessary fix. I will not come back here. More

I was a quite upset that no one reached out to me to tell me that my vehicle was being kept overnight. I got a call at 2:00 about what they had done at that point. But no follow up. When I called to check in me that my vehicle was being kept overnight. I got a call at 2:00 about what they had done at that point. But no follow up. When I called to check in, I found out the service dept was closed for the day. No call call, no text, no car!! No good More
