Three things impressed me about Niello Volvo. 1) They were honest that the discount I received would not be available the very next day (I checked to validate) and 2) they got me dinner because I 1) They were honest that the discount I received would not be available the very next day (I checked to validate) and 2) they got me dinner because I waited a long time to buy my car (very classy) and 3) I lost my glasses at the dealership and they took extraordinary measures to find them (checked video, searched all the cars) and when they did, had them delivered to my house. He clearly let me know all my options for additional coverage and explained the benefits; however, he also respected my no's to these add ons, which is a VERY different experience than some of my female friends have had at other dealerships. I've heard some nightmare stories of my friends at other dealerships, so I really appreciated that Niello Volvo respected me. That would make me confident to recommend my other female friends to buy cars here. Amy in the service department was also fantastic! She was great in all steps of the process, such as scheduling, day of getting me rides to and from home, looking over the car with me when it was finished, etc. Overall, I had a great experience here and would feel confident recommending this dealership to friends!
