To her credit, Victoria checked to see if the warranty would cover loose carriage bolts. Also to her credit she asked the crew to wash the windows and vacuum the car. They did a poor job on the windows and didn’t vacuum. Like I’m going to go complain about it and wait while they do it? The issue I took the car in for is not solved and will need to go back in. Unrelated to it, the inspection revealed there is a difference of 1 mm between the front and rear brake pads. The rear pads and rotors were replaced by Nissan 2,000 miles ago. The front brakes have 37,000 on them.
