The overall experience was very good. Jessie Garcia who sold me the car was outstanding. He allowed me to drive the truck to my wife’s job to get her approval. The Manager and finance department were 1st rate and no sales pressure was applied. I just wished I would have asked more questions about the vehicle prior to purchase. I should have a least test drove the 2025 V6 hybrid turbo. The only thing that is disappointing that I wasn’t aware of the bed size. I definitely would have opted for the 6’ 4” bed. The vehicle is going to be utilized for the mountains, I planned on putting a shell on it and utilize it as a sleeper. Lastly, I used my pre approval through my credit union. I know other dealerships offer 0% on approved credit (score 870), that wouldn’t have been a problem. Carl burger Dodge was no nonsense and made my buying experience pleasurable. We had a new sales person and while he was very nice, he did not have any experience. He had an experienced sales person help him along the way that made some promises he did not keep which was very disapp did not have any experience. I was told that I would be walked through (simply) some of the main features of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased which he did not. We waited outside for awhile for that to happen and then evenutally just left. He did not even come out to say congratulations, thank us and say good bye - nothing. We just got in our vehicles and left. Kind of strange. And your answer to "Would you recommend this dealership" is Forks or No More
