I am a loyal Subaru customer since 1995 when I got my first just before graduating from professional school. Every time I have gone to buy a new car (its only been 3 in 29 years, lol), Subaru always com first just before graduating from professional school. This time, salesperson Kevin McDougal substituted for Jack and he was every bit as easy and informative and supportive as Jack was on my last purchase. He was outstanding. I have also used the service department for all my cars. They do a standup job as well, no matter who I am working with. I am so grateful to know I will always be taken care of like a VIP at Tucson Subaru. I do love Tucson Subaru and would give 10 stars if that was possible! More

Both during the test drive and after the sale, he gave me an excellent orientation to the controls and features, as well as helping me transfer all of my possessions from my Crosstrek to the new Forester outside on a cold, dark, and windy night. I have referred a number of friends to Jack, and he has provided the same helpful and enjoyable experience to them. He is always helpful and gentlemanly, and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, it took him six years of low-key conversations while I was having my 2001 Outback serviced before he made his first sale to me!
