Positive Experience We were looking to update our 2nd car from a 2000 Saturn station wagon to something recently new. We pretty much had a Subaru in our sights from We were looking to update our 2nd car from a 2000 Saturn station wagon to something recently new. We pretty much had a Subaru in our sights from the beginning. We initially focused on the Outback because it was more like the Saturn's capability (which we liked), than the other models. For nearly a month we monitored the used Outbacks at Tucson Subaru, compared them to the 2017 version that had the features we liked, and even reviewed the Crosstrek and Impreza models as possible candidates. Over that period of time we learned the pros and cons of each. We made 3 visits to the dealership; the first to learn about features of the Outback, and the others to refine our questions and narrow our choices. We were primarily helped in those visits by Ken Murch, Sales Consultant, and others at Tucson Subaru as we refined our search. We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful at all stages of our quest. Eventually, we decided to purchase a new Outback that had all the important features we wanted, rather than settle for a used version that had some we liked, and some of what we didn't like or need. Used vehicle repair. This is my second Subaru Outback I have purchased from Tucson Subaru. I purchased a used 2013 Suby Outback about two weeks ago. I understood it was us This is my second Subaru Outback I have purchased from Tucson Subaru. I purchased a used 2013 Suby Outback about two weeks ago. I understood it was used and came with a limited drive train warranty. A week after purchase, I had trouble with the key not being released from the ignition switch when shutting the car off. I took the car back to get it repaired. They took the car in and gave me a 2017 loaner. The Service Adviser Jesse Friedman called me and told me the part to repair my Outback would not be here for a week. I told him I was going on vacation next week and he said he would see what he could do. I got a call two days later and was totally surprised, my car was ready. The repair and loaner were totally covered. From the moment I walked in with the problem until I picked up the car, I was treated as though I had just purchased a brand new Subaru. They respected me and my time. Thank you to Scott Gregg, Jesse Friedman and the Sales Manager (did not get a card). I will purchase from Tucson Subaru again! Thank you. More

Wouldn't go anywhere else This is my 2nd Outback that Joe Micoletti has sold to me. What a great person. I don't consider him a salesman but just a great friend that listens an This is my 2nd Outback that Joe Micoletti has sold to me. What a great person. I don't consider him a salesman but just a great friend that listens and wants to help you get what you want. He is extremely patient and when you leave, you know you have gotten the best deal possible from the best dealership. I keep referring Joe to anybody that is looking for a car. I tell them with a Subaru, you can pretty much go anywhere in comfort. I use mine for extreme back roads and my Outback has absolutely blown my mind where it has taken me. Try a Subaru, you won't be truly happy until you do!!!!!! More

The battery was dead that in its self you cant tested for. However the tires were replaced and balanced but the balance wasn't right and twice we took it back to be rebalanced. They still were not right so I paid $40. to Discount Tire and in 15 minutes they found 2 bent rims. Now how can you balance tires 3 times and not see that the rims are bent. Joe Slaughenhoupt More

Friendly Service I was in Tucson for a convention when my Subaru began having electrical problems. Tucson Subaru got me into the service department quickly. Concise and Direct work I had been looking for a good vehicle for about 8 months and finally got the money together. I had been looking at this dealership for about a year fo I had been looking for a good vehicle for about 8 months and finally got the money together. I had been looking at this dealership for about a year for purchasing a WRX but knowing I couldn't afford a new one I went for their used car sales. I truly enjoyed the experience and the fact they had answers to all my questions was great. I ended up not buying a Subaru but they still gave me the best experience with any dealership I have ever had. I have dealt with about six dealerships so far and finding an friendly one after a visit of not buying a vehicle is rare. They work well with you and your schedule. I have a fond bond with their dealership and Ken Murch especially. He really worked with my budget, myself, and my cosigner who was skeptical of the vehicle but it ended well when I was able to purchase add-ons like an additional service contract which I had not been able to find anywhere else on a used vehicle that is not of the make of the dealership. I hope to do business again in the future when I decide to purchase my next vehicle. I also have to mention Jesse Friedman who had helped me solve any and all questions about the vehicle I had purchased. More
