We needed help with the Bluetooth feature in our Subaru Outback. We walked up to the Customer Service desk at Tucson Subaru and were immediately helped by Jesse Friedman. He was very knowledgeable and offe Outback. We walked up to the Customer Service desk at Tucson Subaru and were immediately helped by Jesse Friedman. He was very knowledgeable and offered to come out to our car and show us how to fix the problem. It only took Jesse a few minutes to fix what was wrong and send us on our way. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Tucson Subaru deserves to be the Number One dealership in the country! More

Rene greeted me upon arrival and Dan was my advisor for this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the i this service visit. Fabian assisted me in arranging a loaner vehicle, explained the paperwork process, assisted me understanding the vehicle operation for the loaner vehicle and was patient with me as I am physically challenged. Dan was / has been my service advisor numerous times and goes out of his way to answer and accommodate my needs / requests. The dealership is always in a high state of cleanliness. We have purchased 3 Subaru’s from Tucson Subaru and we have always been extremely satisfied with our experiences. The after purchase customer service is top notch. Jesse in the service department always h have always been extremely satisfied with our experiences. The after purchase customer service is top notch. Jesse in the service department always has our best interests in mind. He is honest and we never feel pressured into making service decisions that are not right for us. Darla, our Love technician is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and a true asset to the Subaru company. Ethan, our finance advisor was so helpful and listened to our needs and what our wishes were regarding warranties . We never felt stressed or pressured to purchase something that we didn’t feel comfortable with. Curt also listened to our needs and helped us with our trade in and purchase price. Kevin McDougall was our sales person, he has been for all 3 purchases, and we will always come back to him in the future. He is so honest and nice. Respectfully, JM. More
