First, the negotiation process was unnecessarily long—**five hours**—despite having an excellent credit score. Instead of a smooth, straightforward transaction, it felt like a back-and-forth game. The sales tactics were frustrating; just give me the deal I want without the runaround. Additionally, I was promised a full detailing upon delivery, but what I received was essentially a quick wash. The exterior still had water spots, and the interior had dust in places, making it clear it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I ended up paying for my own detailing service afterward, which was disappointing after spending so much on a new car. That said, the **Toyota Prius is fantastic**—great on gas, smooth ride, and exactly what I wanted. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to save at the pump. Overall, I love my car, but the dealership experience could have been much better. If they streamline their sales process and actually deliver on promised services (like detailing), it would be a 5-star experience. **3.5/5** for now. More

Terrible customer service. We have had our vehicle serviced twice in the last year at Claremont Toyota. Both times the workers are snotty, rude, dismissive and unprofessional. They ALMOST had me in a contract to buy a base model car for the price of a Premium car. Thank the lord up above for their "system being down" that day and not letting me off the lot with a scamoblie. Please don't come here. ESPECIALLY if you're a woman. All men there and they only want one thing. To scam you. Check your paper work people. That's how I caught them. They'll tell you to look at the back of the paper with the breakdown right and even then you'll see 5k just magically appears to your total amount. It's not even on the breakdown. Ridiculous.
