We purchased a brand new Hyundai from this dealership. The salesman was great. When it came time for our first service we started having concerns. Trying to schedule was difficult. The person kept saying The salesman was great. When it came time for our first service we started having concerns. Trying to schedule was difficult. The person kept saying my mileage was not enough even though we had purchased an extended warranty that clearly stated it was. We has also received an email that there may be a problem with our engine control system and should have our car checked at our earliest convenience. The person scheduling my appointment told me to disregard that email and continually spoke to me in a condescending tone. We went to our service appointment and by now we had a check engine light on. Unfortunately, because the person scheduling my appointment refused to acknowledge my request to follow up on the email I received they were unable to check my car out that day. So now we had to make another appointment. We did and brought the car back 2 weeks later. When checking in and not before we were told we had to leave the car all day or reschedule again. Luckily we have a relative near this dealership that bailed us out. When I shared my feelings of this being the worst service experience for a brand new car I was told by the woman at the desk that I “ was being quite harsh”. I don’t think so!! In the end there was a problem with the emissions and the part is back ordered which means another service appointment. We can only hope their customer service has improved by then More

Jason Burns in sales is top notch and made this sale painless. His knowledge about the vehicle is impressive. I have bought a couple vehicles at Rowe. I've had good experiences with all of them. I'm very happy with this new Hyundai Kona. They suggested a lease which I wasn't even thinking of. So instead of a used experiences with all of them. I'm very happy with this new Hyundai Kona. They suggested a lease which I wasn't even thinking of. So instead of a used vehicle I have a new 2022 Kona. Everyone is very nice. The service department is great too. More

I reached out to Mark, as I was dissatisfied with the service department’s assessment of my situation/disabled vehicle (Wed 7/21 11a, “it’s in dispatch for this week but most likely won’t be looked at un service department’s assessment of my situation/disabled vehicle (Wed 7/21 11a, “it’s in dispatch for this week but most likely won’t be looked at until next week.” Not acceptable!). Long story short, Mark Camp replied to me in a timely fashion along with the service manager Chris to get my issue elevated and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! They set me up with a rental in no time and I now have my vehicle back!!! More

Great experience! I really wanted to buy my new car through here because Jess in the service department is a rockstar, and Jason is great. Jason went above and beyond to help me get the car I really wa through here because Jess in the service department is a rockstar, and Jason is great. Jason went above and beyond to help me get the car I really wanted, and was really nice throughout the whole process. My husband and I have purchased a vehicle through him previously, and plan to go through him again the next time we need a new vehicle! More
