I worked with Andy many times and this time he was helping me with getting a new tire even though this is not his department he made sure to take care of me him. Andy and Danny both came by to say hi helping me with getting a new tire even though this is not his department he made sure to take care of me him. Conner was horrible. He took over 2 weeks to replace windshield washer pump and door lock actuator and would not give us a rental car even though our Platinum warranty in He took over 2 weeks to replace windshield washer pump and door lock actuator and would not give us a rental car even though our Platinum warranty included it. Ridiculous. Lied every chance he got and did nothing to help us, only concerned about upselling us with customer pay repairs that were not needed. Told us we needed a new battery (battery was replaced less than 6 months ago) and refused to even look at the convertible top unless we paid $800+ for a new battery. If you have to go to Benz and Beemer service, see Jerry Smith. Honest and straightforward. More
