One of my worst car experiences ever.. Sales person Jerry did not communicate that car was sold out from under me after several days of confirming my visit and drivetime from out of state of 3 and a 1/2 hour did not communicate that car was sold out from under me after several days of confirming my visit and drivetime from out of state of 3 and a 1/2 hours. Jad trade vehicle and cash in hand for the deal. Made drive to dealer this morning with no communication until only minutes away. Absolutely 0 empathy shown and sarcastic comments made back on text messages in response to my being upset. Called dealership and spoke to another sales person who suggested I should come to the dealer and "let Jerry have it." Don't buy from this dealership. Go down the street and find another. Horrible! More

I have been coming here for the past 4 years and have always been very satisfied.
