The reason I keep coming back is the professionalism of the sales My new ford focus hatchback is the 4th car I've purchased from Arlington Hts. Ford. The reason I keep coming back is the professionalism of the sales staff which includes management. From the time my wife and I walked in to the time we walked out we were never rushed or pressured. My Salesman Justin was extremely knowledgeable about any aspects of the Focus. He took his time and answered all of our questions during our 2 test drives. After the sale was finalized he once again took his time to go over everything once again. The second reason I keep coming back is the excellent service department. My wife and I have never had any problem regarding any repairs or have had any unnecessary work suggested. My overall experience has been excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arlington Hts.
