Jerry has been with the AH Ford family since 1987. He started as a parts driver, then became an advisor, manager, and has been our Service Director since 2005. Jerry's passion for customer satisfaction has not only made him lead our Service Department to an unprecedented amount of awards, but that is how he met his wife. She was a disgruntled customer until Jerry resolved the issue and asked him to marry her 8 weeks later. They have been married now for over 15 years.

Successful Resolution I was at AH Ford for a simply Quick-Lane appointment. When that was done, I went into the showroom to inquire about a matter from back when I purcha I was at AH Ford for a simply Quick-Lane appointment. When that was done, I went into the showroom to inquire about a matter from back when I purchased the car in January '19. While it took a few people to get through, ultimately, I'm very pleased with the resolution. Now, I wait for the result (very small refund check) in the mail. I've purchased six (6) new cars at AH Ford. Of course, I wouldn't keep coming back if the service was poor. Sometimes a little disappointment, but overall good experiences. More
