We never thought that we would be able to work anything out on such a short time frame. We spoke with Jon Gemelas who was extremely helpful. He listened to what our needs were in a car, offered suggestions, and took us on a test drive. He then worked up numbers numerous ways - weighing leasing vs purchase and trade in vs no trade. He also spoke often with his manager to get us exactly what we were looking for. The staff - sales associate (Jon Gemelas), manager (Freddy Mansour), and finance manager (Jeremy Zabell) all stayed well past closing to finalize everything and we left with our new car! Everyone was very accommodating, friendly, and patient with all of our questions, We would definitely recommend this dealer. More

Jim Parson sold me my freedom! I walked into Spitzer Kia not knowing exactly what I wanted, but an idea. I had very little intension of purchasing a brand new vehicle, perhaps a few I walked into Spitzer Kia not knowing exactly what I wanted, but an idea. I had very little intension of purchasing a brand new vehicle, perhaps a few years old. My car was on it's last leg --it was an '89 Corolla. It was time for something in the past decade, at least. Jim was extremely friendly and in no way pushy. I had a friend post a picture of his new Forte and I was very impressed with his enjoyment of it. So, I did have a preference towards that model but not entirely exclusive to it. He showed me around to other cars and eventually I came across the Forte. It had high ratings for overall value and reliability and so, I test drove it around the city. He was patient and informative and again, never pushy. That was important to me, because I didn't want to feel "forced" into a purchase I wasn't completely sure of. We discussed everything in great details about the car; it's perks, it's gas to mileage ratio, it's reliability and expectations. Before we returned to the lot I was pretty much sold on the car but not the particular color I test drove. Miraculously, they had one in the color I wanted in an off premise lot/storage place. I was in a position with my current car that limited me, basically, to drive to work and back. Jim Parson sold me my freedom, essentially. I could now enjoy the simple things I worried about doing with my old car --the smallest of tasks seemed nerve-wracking, going to the grocery store without worrying my car wouldn't start after, everything was an issue with my old car. Jim assured me that if I had any further questions about the car or anything I needed to know, he would be personally available --and I believe him. I won't hesitate in the future to recommend him to anyone/everyone in search of a new car from someone they could feel secure with. He is outstanding at his job and a very honest man. I have found an amazing vehicle with an amazing salesman! More
