Good great amazing In the past I've taken my car to Spitzer Kia Cleveland for all my oil changes so I figured why not stop in and discuss new lease options being that mi In the past I've taken my car to Spitzer Kia Cleveland for all my oil changes so I figured why not stop in and discuss new lease options being that mine was ending soon. Before I knew it I was driving off in a new 2018 Kia Sportage. The transition from old lease to new was pain free and flawless! They were able to put me in the EXACT Sportage I was looking for. Rims, sunroof, cooled/heated seats, my HEATED STEERING WHEEL (once you drive with a heated steering wheel you don't want to go back), and that sweet black cherry paint job. Wonderful job guys. Speaking of which, the Spitzer Kia staff was AMAZING. I don't think there's enough positive adjectives to describe Michelle and Kiyyah (I think I spelled it right), the two lovely young ladies who assisted me. I met Michelle a few months ago while getting an oil change and she remembered me from then. She greeted me by name. That was impressive. The finance curator Jeremy had me in and out literally in minutes. As a matter of fact it took longer to detail the car than it did from price agreement to driving off. Excellent Excellent job. Give em all a raise. And to anyone considering buying a Kia or any other used car for that matter take it from me; a more than satisfied customer, you need to go to Spitzer Kia Cleveland More
