Had a tough time getting a common problem diagnosed. Then not really going out of their way to help with warranty coverage. I get that you can make the warranty company cover something. Didn’t even submit a formal claim. We’ve come to Geordie Boucher Ford service department for years. I wish we would have started at Firestone instead. More

The service was outstanding. I originally went to a local shop to get a quote and a surpass my finances. I called the Ford boucher and Jeremy Snow was the advisor that I spoke w I originally went to a local shop to get a quote and a surpass my finances. I called the Ford boucher and Jeremy Snow was the advisor that I spoke with. Jeremy quoted me a lot less than the local shop, which is unheard of when it comes to dealerships. I am beyond happy with the repair of the engine of my vehicle. I was able to get a brand new engine and so far no issueswithin it. I do appreciate The warranty that stands behind the services and look forward to getting more services Done. More

Jermey had something come up, from that point on the communication was terrible. No one even called me to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. The reason I was there was for a diagnosis I had conside communication was terrible. No one even called me to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. The reason I was there was for a diagnosis I had considered trading my vehicle in and buying a different one and the sales person has still to this day not called me back with an estimate on my truck. He stated he needed to help another costumer then he’d get back to me that was weeks ago. More
